Treatment

Real hands-on work, not a generic spa routine.

Assessment, targeted soft tissue treatment, and practical work designed around pain, mobility, old injuries, recent issues, and the way you actually move. Craig’s sport massage sessions are shaped around the issue in front of him: lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, movement restrictions, recent injuries, old injuries, or training-related tightness.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? Craig’s got answers.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Shorts, leggings, sportswear, or loose clothing are usually practical depending on the area being treated.

Does sports massage hurt?

It can feel intense, especially around tight or restricted areas, but it should stay controlled. Tell Craig what you feel so pressure can be adjusted.

How often should I get a sports massage?

It depends on your training, discomfort, recovery goals, and the issue being treated. Craig can advise a sensible rhythm after assessment.

Do I need to be an athlete to get a sports massage?

No. Sports massage can support active people, gym users, physical workers, desk workers, and anyone dealing with tension, restricted movement, or training recovery.
